TX Restaurant Owner Shoots & Kills Would be Burglar Who Entered Restaurant Through Roof

by Guns Save Lives  |  published on March 15, 2013

A TX restaurant owner was tired of being a victim after his restaurant had been robber multiple times in the previous weeks.

Police had already planned to setup a surveillance operation this weekend, but the homeowner wanted his business protected immediately, so he spent the night there last night.

Around 4am, a suspected burglar entered the restaurant through the roof.

During a confrontation with the owner, the suspect was shot and killed.

The castle law in TX extends to places of employment for employees and business owners.
