Pistol Packing Lady Stops Armed Robbery Before It Happens in Wyoming

by Guns Save Lives  |  published on December 13, 2012

A woman at a nail salon in Wyoming may have stopped an attempted armed robbery before it ever began, just by carrying a gun herself.

A man entered a nail salon and asked the women inside if they wanted to buy some diamonds. After the women declined, the man started walking towards the front desk and drew a small pistol.

One of the female patrons drew her own gun from her purse. Upon seeing the armed citizen the gunmen fled the scene.

Another example of concealed carry stopping crime without any shots being fired. Since the crime was stopped and no shots were fired, this incident will likely not be included in statistics about guns used for self defense. Except here of course.
